Terrible experience in trying to return a table. Without exaggeration, made 7 calls to get the return picked one. Kept being ordered, nothing happened. Still in the process of getting this returned.

I paid £32.99 and expected the the item of clothing to last many years as previous items have. The item is not fit for purpose. I purchased it just over a month ago.

I had three items to be delivered in two parcels both parcels came but only received two items. How to turn your bathroom into a bathroom like in a five-star hotel? Just thanks to this awesome shop. I should also note that all products are of very high quality and you wil be used them for very long. Also i love them for fast and safe delivery, no problems with transportation, cause packing is good.

They told me they can’t get in touch with them either that they are the worst and the drive horrible. Do not purchase anything for delivery. Received a kid jacket on Tuesday night, my son wore it on Wednesday. Zipper broken on same day within 12 hours. How can the quality be this bad?
Then I was asked if it was bought within the last 30 days. It was in July, yet their company who is supposed to pick up the product never did. I'd tried them out in the store and they seemed pretty comfy. I waiting in all day today for them to come and collect it as promised but they simply never came.

The customer service line was no help whatsoever. Zara employee, at time of purchase, advised that i was able to receive a full refund within a month of purchase. Never in my wildest dreams would I imagine that after a month's time, I would be forced to keep the item i decided i did not like. No hint of this at time of purchase either. - in this day and age - unbelievable. On Saturday 10 December 2022 I was advised at 5.21 that the above numbered order had been delivered .
Waited 10 days and no delivery. Can’t contact the delivery company and Zara home tells me they can’t help. Absolutely terrible customer service. I drove to the delivery store and it turns out they don’t have anything to do with the delivery person.
Talked with customer service about exchange or refunds they told me to email to Zara with picture proof. Took the pictures and sent to Zara. The most frustrated and enraged experience with shopping is with this company. They replied me this is not related to manufacture defect and I paid full price for it.
They said it’s in the terms and conditions that you can return or exchange without receipt. This is £165 worth of ill fitting clothes. I vouch never to set foot in a zara store again. I have bought some beautitful, on trend pieces from Zara home.
I was scared by a sales representative who was going to throw towards me summer sleepers with a sharp heels. I came to this store with my friends and wanted to buy the sleepers from a new collection. Unfortunately, I forgot my glasses and couldn’t read a price tag with a small numbers. I dropped these sleepers and wanted to find my friends who were trying on their clothes at the fitting room. However, the sales representative was running after me threatening that she would throw these sleepers in me. A music was too loud at the store and I couldn’t even figure out what had happened.

Specially, in my mature age, I could not even see properly. They told me how agrresive and rude was this worker. I had asked this sales representative for the price of these sleepers but she refused to tell me that.
