The units themselves are okay, but the two that we lived in always had some pre-existing issue of some kind that would've been easily found if they followed a checklist. We moved out after our apartment flooded because our awful, loud upstairs neighbors backed up their sinks and never did anything about it. We got sick twice moving our stuff out of the apartment on multiple trips.
The walls are like paper and you can hear everything going on outside and in your neighbors apartments.... Not to mention, my electric bills in the summer and winter ranged $150-$250 for a 1 bedroom apartment with 1 tenant which is ridiculous. Apartment utilities are about $100 a month on top of rent for a one bedroom/one tenant.
